Congratulation to Burton FFA for being recognized as one of the top-performing FFA programs in the state through the inaugural Texas FFA Golden Cup Rankings — a new statewide recognition platform that highlights the most competitive, involved, and well-rounded FFA chapters in Texas. Burton FFA ranked 22 out of more than 1,100 FFA chapters statewide, and ranked 5th among other 2A chapters. This recognition reflects the hard work and commitment of our students, our agricultural science teachers, and our supportive community.
High School Students needing a VOE form or 2025 Seniors needing to pick up their official transcript may do so from the Central Office at any time during the summer. Central Office is open Monday-Thursday, 7 am - 4 pm, with the exception of June 30-July 4, when Burton ISD is closed.

If your family or someone you know is in need of meal assistance this summer, the flyer below provides information on how to locate free summer meal sites across Texas. These sites are open to all children 18 and under and are especially helpful for families who may be traveling or staying outside the Burton area during the summer months.
Locally, Burton ISD will offer Non-Congregate Summer Meals on the first four Mondays in June (June 2, 9, 16, and 23). Meals are available for children 18 and under and must be reserved in advance through our RSVP system (https://www.burtonisd.net/page/child-nutrition). Families will be able to pick up meals to take home.
Please help us spread the word to ensure no child goes without a meal this summer.
