Congratulations to the following students who received First Place in Chapter level of the Captain Jabez Deming Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution poster and stamp contests. These First Place winners have advanced to the State level. The theme of the contests was: “The 100th Anniversary of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier: Rise and Shine for Duty, Honor and Patriotism.” These students will be honored on Tuesday, February, 22, 2022 at the DAR Junior American Citizens Award Ceremony being held at the Giddings-Stone Mansion in Brenham beginning at 4:00 P.M.
