What a great time to be a Burton Panther!!!
Wow! January comes to a close this week and we begin February. We are rapidly moving through the 2023-2024 school year.
Congratulations to the Burton ISD Child Nutrition Program who successfully completed the 2023 Farm Fresh Challenge through the Texas Department of Agriculture. Our team worked to establish new connections with local agricultural producers for the freshest and healthiest locally produced foods being served to our students. Thanks to the staff for their hard work and continued efforts to ensure that we are providing energy for learning, nutrition for growing, and lessons in healthy lifestyles.
Good luck to our Elementary UIL participants competing today and Elementary and Junior High students attending the Beta Club Convention.
Burton ISD Building Project Update: Lots of rain this week. It is definitely impacting the construction progress. Burton ISD continues to host on-site daily and weekly meetings with contractors and suppliers to identify and discuss the building project.
