FOOTBALL PRACTICE WILL START JULY 31st

Monday-7/31  8am - 12 pm  (45 minute break in between)  Weights/Film 1:00 -2:00

Tuesday-8/1  8am-12pm  (45 minute break in between)

Wednesday-8/2 8am -12pm  (45 minute break in between)  Weights/Film 1:00-2:00

Thursday-8/3 8am -12 pm  (45 minute break in between)

Friday-8/4  8am-12pm  (45 minute break in between)

Week 2 will be TBA.  Due to the teacher inservice week 2 schedule is still in the works.  We will let you know an updated schedule as soon as we get one and relay it to the athletes. However, there will be some days that we will go in the afternoons instead of the mornings. 

THINGS TO KNOW

  1. Every player must have an updated physical on file before they can participate in practice.

  2. Please show up 30 minutes before practice starts.

  3. There will be a 45 minute break between each session in the morning.  Players may bring snacks if they wish. No snacks will be provided.  LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED on the days we have weights for the first week. 

  4. WE HAVE CLEATS , BUT YOU MAY USE YOUR OWN
