The Burton Panthers traveled to Centerville this Saturday to compete in the Bi-District One Act Play contest. District 25AA was represented by Sabine Pass, West Hardin, and Danbury. District 26AA was represented by Snook, Mumford, and Burton.
The 20-student cast and crew from Burton again performed "Where The Sky Meets the Sea," a play set in ancient Greece that follows the journey of five youths as they escape a deserted island. Three plays are selected from. Bi-District to advance to the Area Contest. Unfortunately, despite improving upon their District performance, the Panthers were not selected for advancement to Area One Act Play.
