Text Box: ABOUT THE TEACHER I graduated from Blinn College and Texas A & M University with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. This is the beginning of my 27th year at Burton Elementary. I was named Teacher of the Year in 2005—2006. My teaching philosophy is that “learning is fun.”
